Hello dear community, did you have such a bad experience with the HP support? I had my notebook repaired 3 months ago (on site with a technician for an additional € 140!). Now the notebook is broken again with the same error! It is not possible for me to send the notebook in, now HP would like another € 140 so that a technician can come! This is just pure rip off! I hope a person responsible for HP reads this and gives in to this problem. Otherwise we will never buy an HP product again! We have well over 300 HP devices in our company! Otherwise that will change in the future!

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
