Product: Elite x2 1012 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  have launched hp support assistant and ran battery check. The cell voltages 0,1 are not showing. Do this need a repair?

Are you getting an error?

 

Sometimes HP Diags list Cells that do not exist in your Battery.

 

Design Voltage and Terminal Voltage are more important numbers.
