Hi Dears, 

 

i need your help please, I've an issue with my HP ENVY x360 13.3 laptop battery. the battery seems not charging on windows and its status always showing 3%

I've performed Hardware Diagnostics with HP App and it show the battery test passed. 

also, from bios battery test passed with no mentioned issues.
