HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba004nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have an HP pavilion x360.

I've had some problems with the battery recently (the laptop switches off when the battery is 50%).

So I started the HP support assistant and then I tried to calibrate the battery using the UEFI. It said that it would take 4 hours and a half but now the screen is blocked and it's written "2 hours and 32 minutes missing" since 1 hour 🥲. I started the calibration 3 hours and a half ago, and only 1 hour would have missing but it still says 2 hours and 32 minutes, blocked at 44% of the process.

Can you please tell me if I still have to wait or it's better to re-start the process (maybe using anoth  tool this time since this one maybe doesn't work)? Thanks.

The calibration proceeded but the result was the same as the test I did previously (photo attached).

How can I obtain a real calibration since this method doesn't work?

Thanks
