Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own an hp elite book x360 1030 g2 and the battery had been working fine as always but suddenly one day it stopped charging and when it shut down and i connected the battery and it turned on but now it does not charge and the percentage is stuck at 100 percent .I have tried updating the bios and battery driver and reinstalled windows  but the issue still persist I do not understand how the battery goes from working .

Let me check your basic system configuration before we take about the battery ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report back
