Product: 4740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of years ago I got my Probook 4740 stopped charging. I thought it was of broken battery, so now I'm installed a new one, but it doesn't seem either. Neither in bios (serial number in bios is not present) nor in windows (says no battery). How can I fix that?
