Best way to contact BBB & File complaint on HP

Bought in Oct 2020, went to repair because computer will randomly shut down after 30 min on power adapter so it went to repair (by the way i purchased the care pack also).  After being on support/tech for about 2 hrs they said def problem send in and when i got it back they re installed windows.  IT crashed again, so I got a case manager and he said they would def fix it (jonathan nevarez) and sent in again, got it back and within 3 hrs it crashed again    So i have owned an HP for 3 1/2 months and it has been garbage since the beginning and still won't stay on on ac adpater (yes they ahve replaced it) and yet they still just want me to ship it back AGAIN!
