Dear HP Teams

One of my customer set the password for bios with HP Client Security Feature and Can't login back.When Power is on can't do anything and keep asking bios password. How can we solved this problem and How can help from HP site?

For that model you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.
