Product: HP Omen Model 8393
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a second hand Gaming computer and cannot get into the bios to adjust the battery charge value. A password request keeps coming up. Where would the ofiginal password have been found when the computer was new ?

   I contacted HP help that were no help at all,suggesting I replace the motherboard which is crazy !

Does any body know how I can get into the Bios ?

 

After a few attemps it comes up with a message recovery options System  SN: ************* 1 insert HP sparekey USB recovery key. I dnt have one ?

 

I hope someone can help.
