HP Recommended
Product: Hp Probook 640 G1 & HP EliteBook 745 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with multiple machines as they keep ask for recovery key on every boot.

Below is the activity been done which not eliminate the issue

1. decrypt and encrypt the drive

2. ensure the BIOS setting 

     - BIOS secured mode set to Enable

     - BIOS mode set to UEFI only

3. clear tpm

All the machine are using Win10 OS and TPM 2.0

Please advise if there is a way to fixed this
