We have a lot of HP computers in use.
The problem is only with this HP model (HP 1030 G3).
The computer uses wrong PCR Validation profile..
It cant use Secure boot as integrity validation (PCR profile 7 and 11).. dont know why.
It cannot use Credential Guard either.
So it seems that the problem with Credential Guard is related to the Bitlocker issue.
Might be something related to Secure Boot or UEFI.
I have tried clearing TPM.
Updated to lastest BIOS version (01.20.00)
Factory reset BIOS.
After factory reset of BIOS it was using Credential Guard and the correct PCR validation profile, but after one reboot, the problem was back.
I see this in the Bitlocker log:
BitLocker cannot use Secure Boot for integrity because the TCG Log for PCR [7] contains invalid entries.
