Hello. I sent my computer ti warranty abouy 1 year ago for a screen problem when it first arrived. Until now, after a while, when I turn on my computer, a sanal black screen appears for a second in the upper left corner. This screen is like a small scripting screen. (I'm not very good at terms.) It could be a software bug, I don't know. Can you help me with this?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you have the same error pattern on external monitor ?

 

- Shutdown notebook (No Sleep / No Hibernate)

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
