Product: HP all-in-one model #23-r010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After clicking an HP update, my computer is looping between a black screen, beeping 8 times, and then back to an update screen. It keeps looping and never finishes.

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community .

If I understand correctly, the update is failing to complete and goes like this indefinitely.

  • Press and hold the power-on button, hold it for at least 5-6 seconds or until the PC powers off completely
  • Wait for a while and try to start the PC by pressing the start up button once
  • Does it load successfully , can Windows start successfully ?

Spent an hour with an HP expert. Nothing worked so they suggested I take it to a local computer store for help. Thanks for nothing, HP.
