Hello, I have a Spectre Folio and a Spectre mouse. I can connect the mouse through bluetooth to the notebook, but the next time I use the notebook and I switch on the mouse, the mouse is not connected. I keep pressing the button underneath the mouse but nothing happens. Bluetooth is on, the notebook says "HP Spectre Mouse" in the bluetooth square in the lower left corner. Eventually I have to delete the mouse from the settings and start over by installing the mouse if I want to use it. What I am doing wrong? I'd love to hear from you. Thank you!

- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/products/accessories-parts (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- Have you tried with an alternate mouse?
