Product: HP 840 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bottom Touchpad buttons (left and right) don't work on 840 G6, while the top buttons do work.

 

The bottom buttons are integrated (not visible buttons). The issue started in Windows 10. I did a roll back of the driver, search for updates. but the issue remains.

Recently the update to Windows 11 was made, but the problem remains. Again, the driver was downloaded (SP112442) and installed using the support and installation manager, but the issue remains.

Is this a configuration issue?
