Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (794H8AV)

I bought a brand new Hewlett-Packard computer mid July now I’m being told because it is no longer working. It’s a totally black screen. We’ve went through all troubleshooting issues now they want me to send it fix the broken computer that is brand new and send it back to me they want me to be OK with that. No I’m not. I want a new computer or I want my refund for the computer this is unethical. It is not consumer friendly and I need someone to call me back that I can understand 903-918-1374

No, you won't get new machine, HP will repair your machine as the way warranty works.
