Hello

The hotkeys to adjust brightness (f3 and f4) are not working. The other hotkey do. Waht can I do (I did all the updates!)?

Thank you for your help.

Hi:

Check under the display adapters device manager category to make sure the model graphics adapter is installed, and not the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

If you see the Intel or Intel/Nvidia graphics adapter listed there, install the latest Hotkey support driver, restart the PC, and see if that resolves the problem.

If you do see a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter listed under the Display Adapters device manager category, you need to install the applicable graphics driver(s) for your specific hardware configuration.
