Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys!

 

I'm facing a problem in my HP Elitebook 850 G2. I cannot increase or decrease brightness from my keyboard using fn + f5 or f6 buttons. How can I resolve this issue?
