I received the replacement service door for my HP ZBook Mobile Workstation this afternoon and have fitted it to the rear of the unit successfully.

 

By your dedication and meticulous attention to detail, you have personally restored my faith in HP as a company.

 

I want to thank you sincerely for all your help and patience during this event and have no doubt whatsoever that you have a great career ahead of you.

 

I wish you well and hope that you and your family are well.

 

Please accept my deepest thanks for what was a very stressful experience for me, since 7 of your colleagues had notably failed to help me, and nor, it seems, did they even really want to.

 

I have always had the greatest respect for HP as a company and indeed had been using my previous Elitebook for 14 years. 

 

You have successfully upheld the highest traditions of what is still a great company and I see great things in your future there.
