Broken hinge

Hello! Unfortunately I have the same well known issue with Envy laptop hinge, in my case - right one. When I open the laptop there is the cracking sound and bottom cover on the right side next to the hinge and the screen has opened up. It is really disappointing since I like my Envy laptop and so far I was satisfied with it. For me it was a surprise that this problem happens quite often and I'm not the only one who has it. Now I'm a bit worried about HP support since in the

net there are lot of comments about very passive reaction and support from HP Inc. side. I do really hope that it was in the past and now I will have a full support and help to solve this construction (design) defect.
