CAPS LOCK BUTTON IS NOT WORKING

CAPS LOCK REMAINS ON WHEN WE TURN ON THE COMPUTER AND WE CANT TURN IT OFF. AFTER WE TURNED IT OFF FROM ADVANCED KEYBOARD SETTING USING SHIFT KEY, IT REMAINS PERMANENTLY OFF TILL NEXT RESTART. PLEASE SUGGEST SOME SOLUTION

I recommend you to use the on-screen keyboard and turn off the caps lock and check. To make sure whether it is hardware or a software issue please run a test on the keyboard.
