I am using HP Spectre and want to convert hand written notes to words. How should I do it.

The craft is primarily based on the Operating System you are using and the software / tools that work on that platform.

 

There are likely tools to do what you want - how to complete the task depends on which your data format, the tools you already use, and which tools you have (or can get) to accomplish the task.

If you have a supported mobile device, the options might be even better.  The mobile device platform industry thrives on applications that are useful to students and professionals - those who might take notes using one method and need to convert the content to another format.

 

 

Some (many?) options are not free - that is, you must purchase the software.

All are easily found on the 'net.
