What is the cost of repairing my broken touchscreen? I also want to please know if it is possible to swap my laptop for a better one at a cost.

You are likely best off just having the whole assembly replaced and any cell phone repair shop can likely do that for you if you get the part and bring it to them. 

 

 Parts service shipping you are likely looking at over 220 Euros and I am not sure you paid that much for the laptop.

where are you located? Country only please. I don't think the laptop with a broken screen is going to be worth anything to trade.
