Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear All

after bios update + win 11 2012 service back update 

 

cpu fan error 90b appeared everytime i boot laptop

 

fan is clean , cable is connected .

BTW laptop tempreture is 42 , not heat , 

windows updates took long time to be installed 

i tried many bios downgrades + updates without results ,

same issue still exist 

please advice

Dear all. 

After investigation + solving this familiar error in hp notebooks. 

I found the following :

Mainly windows 11 updates was the main problem..

If your laptop dosent support win 11 then it will huppens continously.

After i make fresh installation for win 10 and download the recommended drivers by hp support assistant + complete windows 10 updates all problems disappeared and the laptop now working in great condition.

 

Hope it helps somebody have same problem
