CPU use by HP Device Access Manager and WMI

Hi all, I noticed that I have a lot of CPU usage from HP Device Access Manager and WMI. That is constant also with no activity on laptop. Is it normal? Is there any way to prevent so much CPU usage?

HP Device Manager is a module of the Client Security manager s/w that provides multi-fuctor authentication. The HP Device Manager allows security to be controlled at the computer port level, like usb ports, etc. If you do not use or need to use such a capability, go ahead and remove from your computer

Remove Hp Device manager first, and the, if needed, the Client Security manager
