Camaraweb does not work on W10 HP Elitebook 8540p

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a Elitebook 8540p, it came with Linux, I installed W10 Pro, everything is fine except the integrated webcam, when I test the camera with a Webcam Test, it works, when I try to open the camera with W10 it tells me that it does not find any camera and gives me error nr. 0x00F4244 no cameras are attached, in the Dispositive manager I can see the HP Webcam (2 MP Macron) and the drivers installed. I have tried all the option I have found in Internet but still the camera does not work. I have tried also with W7,  it does not work. Driver booster shows me the camera and the installed driver. Maybe someone here can help me to solve this problem,thanks a  lot.
