Can't connect zbook to HP 2013 Ultraslim Docking Station

Hello,

I have Zbook 14 and wonna connect to HP 2013 Ultraslim Docking Station.

But when I connected zbook and monotor via dport, and try run SP100099 I sow "can not find synaptics mst dp hub ic".

I wonna get SP65034 from http or ftp site but i find SP65033 and SP65035 and not find SP65034.

What can i do else for start work with  HP 2013 Ultraslim Docking Station ?

first do the firmware update for the docking station:

Firmware Update File:

Then try again.

Thank you for the answer,  I know about that update and tried download it. But as I wrote in my message unfortunate it is umpossible. That file is absent on ftp.hp.com.

But unfortunate i still have problem. When i trid install any of those files I always saw "can not find synaptics mst dp hub ic".

I have a question: my laptop zbook 16 G6 compatible with HP 2013 Ultraslim Docking Station ?

When I connected my laptop did't recognize any equimpment and did't feel power from dock but power button on the dock can power on/off my laptop.

Your HP ZBook 16 G6 is not on the list.

It could be the case that the laptop was introduced to the market after the docking station firmware update was released and is therefore not on the list, but It could be compabible...
