Mpp2.0

Caught in an endless loop on HP Support site

 and can’t reach a person.

The replacement MPP2.0 Tilt Pen that I bought for my son last October because he lost the original, stopped taking a charge. Doesn’t light up when connected via two separate cables and separate usb ports. Not recognized by laptop because no power.

The box has numbers on bottom but they aren’t recognized as serial number to add product to HP Support Dashboard. There aren’t any numbers on the pen itself either. My warranty is about to expire but I can’t contact anyone without the serial number.

I can’t contact a person at HP Support without a registered product under warranty. Please help connect me to someone who can help register this pen and process a warranty claim. Still have Amazon purchase receipt from Oct 26, 2022.

Hi @mvuke,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
