Product: Elitebook 8470p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm wanting to unlock the BIOS but for the last week, the website says it's unavailable. Is this really acceptable customer service from an international company nowadays?

And yes, I'm regretting buying a 2nd hand HP laptop but it was cheap on eBay !!

The Computer does have its own Support Website:

HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook PC

 

I don't know where you are located (it doesn't matter since I cannot fix your connection) - the website certainly opens for me (located in the USA, West Coast).  ??  Try a different browser?

 

 

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase - the computer is (at least was when new) a decent device.
