I've ordered a HP Laptop - 17t-by400 on 11/27. But now, I need to make few changes to the Laptop. Initially I ordered the Laptop without any customization. Now, I find the same product on Hp.Store.Com with the changes I want. So, I'm fine if you can apply those changes to the existing order; or if you can let me re-order by cancelling the existing order. Moreover, the order is still in "Order Confirmed" status. It is not in "Order Assembly"
Please help me. I'm an HP employee. Hoping I get a positive response. I can provide the Order# when you are ready.
PS: I've been trying to reach the customer support on Chat and Phone for more than an hour now. No response yet.
UPDATE 12/4: Nvm. I've decided to keep the laptop I originally ordered :). Nevertheless, it is highly appreciated if we can provide the customers with the ability to cancel an order within a reasonable amount of time, especially, when it is not yet assembled or shipped.

Our community forum cannot help with purchase, tracking, cancellations -- You need to talk to HP Sales (assuming you ordered the computer from HP.com.
For example:
Store/HP.com USA 1-800-hp-direct (800-473-4732)
Please Open the web page and verify the contact number -- never call a number without verifying it is correct.
In general, orders might be canceled due to a number of issues, including and NOT limited to:
Rejected payment
Lack of inventory (computer not available)
Configuration errors in the order details
If you have the order information email you would have received when the computer order was submitted, there is likely a contact number within the email.
