Hi,
I am trying to access the corporate HP support site so I can submit company laptops for repair. I have multiple laptops that I need to send to HP (all with active Accidental Warranty coverage), however I cannot create/link my account.
When I try to create my corporate account I get the error "Duplicate Contacts Found", however when I log in with my email, every time it send me to the "link corporate account".
Unfortunately the person at our company who used to submit tickets in the past is no longer with us.
I have tried emailing HP (myhpsupporthelp.amsenglish@hp.com) (support@hp.com) and I either get a bounce back or no reply.
Please can someone from HP help so I can get my laptops repaired before their warranty expires
Thanks

Hi Banhien,
I checked the link you sent and unfortunately I was not able to find any support for laptops, only servers, the products we are trying to create support cases for are Elitebooks 840G8s, typically we always created support cases from the HP Support website, however the user that used to do this is no longer with us. When I try to register my email it says Duplicate Records and I am unable to proceed.
Thanks

For the Elitebooks 840G8s machines, you can use HP Inc forum that means THIS FORUM. You have to call HP directly to open a case. Please use
