Product: HP Zbook G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had a motherboard failure so I have purchased a newly pulled one from ebay, everything is working as expected but I cannot install the HP DreamColor Assisant.

 

It gives the following message: 

  "A DreamColor - enabled ZBook class system is required to install this software."

 

The replacement motherboard is the exact same model (DAXW2EMBAE0) and the dream color sensor is connected to the motherboard.

 

As this doesn't seem to be a hardware issue, is there a way to configure the system to be recognized as a ' DreamColor - ZBook class system'?
