Product: Elite X2 1012
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to open my Elite X2 using the fingerprint reader. I set up both the windows Hello fingerprint and the Hello face options.  The only option that appears when I start the Elite is the Hello Face.  If I hold my finger on the fingerprint reader, nothing happens.  I have used the fingerprint reader to verify my fingerprint for other applications but it will not work to allow me to open the Elite.  What can I do to get the Hello fingerprint to work when I start the unit?
