I purchased a 3 yr. care pack on 1/7/2020, for a laptop purchased on 1/2/20.  The offer was that I should automatically get a full refund if the care pack went unused, which it was.  I haven't seen the refund.  How do I get it?

You insured a fire for your house, after 3 years your house did not get fired can you ask for a refund ?
