I sent a request to HP Support and was issued with a Case ID: [Personal Information Removed] but without ant further contact or response I was suddenly advised the case was closed. Anyone any idea why?
All I was asking was my SSD 450GB drive is getting close to full and I was interested to know if it is possible to replace with a larger drive. My laptop is covered by warranty until 6 November 2021 and so reluctant to have a local "expert" do anything with it at present.
