Hi  I m buy a laptop of hp in11month old but  in a problem . Plugged in not charging

i don't know your particular model, but many systems stop or reduce charging when reaching close to charging capacity to lower the potential for battery failure. does the laptop charge if the battery is down to a lower charge level?

 

many of HP's laptops have a setting in the BIOS to modify the charging method. you may look in the bios to see if that is available for your model
