Laptop JM5VPNMG
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The alphanumeric keys (and the numeric keypad) are not sensitive while the other keys (ctrl, alt, esc, shift .....) work. From time to time by dint of trying key combinations, it works again, but as soon as I reboot the PC the problem comes back. It is as if an action on a combination of keys blocks these keys. I carried out a lot of tests (seen on the internet) but to no avail. Do you have any ideas ?
