Product: Probook 450 G4

Hello,

 

the touchpad of my brand-new Probook 450 G4 makes a loud noise. I only need to slightly tipp on the touchpad surface. You can hear this in the attached video (https://youtu.be/eXeittUPktY#t=0m6s). At the end of the video you can hear the normal clicking noise for comparison.

Am I right that there is some problem with the mounting of the touchpad or is this noise normal or wanted?
