Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Assuming the same specifications, 11th gen I7-1165, 32 gig RAM, etc., what is the difference between a Pavillion, Envy and Spectre, X360 laptop?

 

I am given to the impression that the Iris Xe video graphics are comparable to most of the entry level discrete graphics cards with 2 to 4 gig of RAM. Is this true?

 

What is preferable and why, a laptop with a NVMe M.2 SSD, or a standard SSD with 16 or 32 gigs of Optane?

They have different price ranges due to different build quality. Cheapest are Pavilions, next are the Envies and the top ones are Spectre.

 

Let's say this way: Specter is Gold, Envy is Silver and Pavilion is Copper or Tin
