I purchased my envy 360 2 years ago. Today while closing the screen the hinge popped out and broke my screen. I tried contacting costumer support and got a very unhelpful "no warranty, not our problem answer" even after explaining that these computers clearly have had this problem for a while and it is clearly an HP manufacturing problem and not a user problem.. this is completely unacceptable. I understand I no longer have a warranty, but this is clearly an HP issue, not a user issue.. very disappointed with the brand, will never buy again
