Product: HP Elite x2 G8 Tablet (28R53AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
This device has been sent in for repair, twice, for the same touchscreen issue. For a 3rd time, this device has the same issue (1 week after the 2nd repair). I have contacted support to Escalate this, but apparently that is a system that does not work. 4 days in a row, I am told the same lie: that my case has been escalated and I will be contacted within 24 hours. Guess what? 24 hours late, no contact. I contact support who tells me my case was never escalated. This same event happens 4 days in a row. The same craziness. If this doesn't result in a resolution, I am going further with this.
