HP Recommended

Bought a HP USB-C Dock G5-8 in 1 Adapter to connect to a HP Laptop PC  15-dw3000. Are these compatible? I cannot get any of the external displays to work. Used JSAux unidirectional adapters to go from HDMI to displayport connection

Hello,

 

The USB-C G5 dock (and HP's docks in general) is designed for commercial (business class) products in mind.

I am afraid that it is not officially listed as compatible with HP 15 laptop (which is considered consumer class devices (home user device).
