Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model

I have a constant coil whine from my laptop.  I've had the computer for over a year and hoped it would go away.  It whines more under a small load, like watching a video, but the whine is always present.  Is there a fix or do I need to send it in?  I've verified my drivers are good, but this is becoming unbearable.
