HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0005na
Microsoft Windows 11

I have 4 of these computers for my business. Every one of them is cracked at the base where the wireless charger is. This is clearly a design fault as it has happened to all of them in the same place and they have not moved since they were purchased.

I have seen another post where users are saying that HP will not cover this. I would like to get clarification on this as I am in the market for more computers for my business and if there is no support for this I will be spending my money elsewhere.

I have the same problem with a cracked base.  Fortunately, I purchased my desktop All-in-One computer through Best Buy and I bought the warranty protection package available through Best Buy.  I purchased my computer last year.  I have already had the based replaced.  The new base is totally cracked and the charging unit does not work.  So, I will have a second base replaced.  This is clearly a design flaw with this HP product.  I have seen many, many people complaining about this and HP will not accept fault.

Perhaps there will be a class action lawsuit because it seems everyone who bought this product has this problem.
