Product: Hp spectre 360 13.3

hi 

I live in the uae and all the hp resellers don’t customize laptops . I want to buy the hp spectre customized however I can only do it on the us hp website and us hp doesn’t ship internationally.How am I suppose to customized my laptop . Appreciate any advice trying to ask for help from 2 days .Any info would be much appreciate .
