Product: HP EliteBook 8770w Base Model Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I get some help please. My dvd rw drive is not writing discs under windows 10 64bit version. Not sure if works on windows 7 either. Dvd drive does run, turn and looks as if it is burning the disc, but after it finish discs are blank. my hp2570p works first time.

 

Bios version is from 2013 f.41. There is bios update to f.71 for windows 7 but not visible if you look for it on a windows 10 installed machine. Thanks 🤔
