I paid for a New business laptop from the HP.com website. The device I received was damaged upon when I opened the box it shipped in (the screen was bent near the hinge). After using the device occasionally for about 2 months, I located system information that said the device had over 8000 hours of use on it. I called the contact phone number to make complaints and requests to get a new device, I did not receive a new device. I've had multiple repairs, over 5 times, and a representative told me that after 3 repair attempts, they could escalate the case to receive a replacement device. The rep. I spoke with, now says they work in a different department and referred me to a customer support phone number that sends me to a different company.
