Hi all, I support academic teaching staff who have been given and HP EliteBook PH 440 G8. One of the advantages of this is that users can fold over the display and use it as a touch screen so staff have the flexibility to move around the room. However, one colleague reported that the physical keyboard still seems activated and as this is resting on the table or lap, hands is causing issues. I thought the Autorotate disabled this.
Any ideas?

Hello
Elitebook 440 G8 doesn't exist. please verify the exact notebook model.
it could be an Elite X360 1040 G8 ? in any case when you fold the keyboard 360° it should be disabled as you expect.
Youcan use hP Image Assistant to verify if you have all drivers updated, even if I think that is something managed by Windows.
bye
