Two years ago, I invested in an HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-cg1000 (19T01AV) to support my creative business. The 17-inch screen was particularly appealing to me, as it provided enough space for editing and creating my designs.
Despite the laptop being stationary in one position over these past two years, on my desk, I've been disappointed to find that the case, hinges, and screen have deteriorated significantly from normal usage, such as opening and closing the lid.
Now, thinking of the product's cost of 4499RON, roughly 900EUR, I'm very upset with the situation, especially considering the relatively short time that the product was used.
I believe that HP should take accountability for the quality of their product. It's unacceptable that a device of this calibre should degrade so quickly under normal circumstances. I urge HP to replace this laptop or refund the purchase amount.
Unfortunately, I've been a fan of HP products but now I simply cannot risk encountering similar issues again.
