Hi

I had issues with my docking station :  HP Ultra Slim Dock 2013 Docking Station, model D9Y32AA

when I plug in my notebook : HP EliteBook 840 G3, model  V1C06EA#BCM, then external display not recognized via both DisplayPort's; OS WIn10

I see here many threads about this issue,  and howtos, but nothing helps for me.

I updated Docking station to latest 2.33, also all notebook drivers are up-to-date + BIOS,

Also I tried to dock PC before power ON PC,  but no progress.

Strange is that if I use my newer laptop HP EliteBook 745 G6  (AMD chipset), model 9WD73UC#ABB

this model works fine with this Docking station  with both DisplayPort's,  but with my old model EliteBook 840  not works at all. But according specs this old model is supported also.

Any idea please ?
